Something has triggered you... you feel the big feelings welling up... and the worry starts. The inner critic gets on their soap box. Suddenly you're spiraling through thoughts of "what if" and "I'm not...", or "if only I...", or "I should be..." and you begin to feel isolated and helpless.

OR 

Maybe you go into overdrive... you've taken control of every situation. You've comforted every person struggling with the moment. You've mitigated the crisis but now that it's over, there's no where for you to turn and you can't keep it together anymore. Suddenly you're spiraling because you have no one to turn to, no one understands, and there's nowhere for your emotional energy to go... and you begin to feel isolated and helpless.

Chronic stress, anxiety, and overwhelm are plaguing individuals across the United States and resulting in chronic illness, autoimmune diseases, and early death. While therapy is becoming a more mainstream practice, what happens when it doesn't seem to be enough? What happens when we're in the throws of it and we are struggling to self-manage?

This workshop helps you understand:
